Z Communications

Z Communications is a left U.S. media group, which was founded in 1987 by Michael Albert and Lydia Sargent. Among her publications are Z Magazine, ZNet, Z Media, and Z Video. Z Communications is based in Massachusetts. Among the regular authors include Uri Avnery, Noam Chomsky, Alexander Cockburn, Tim Wise, Ward Churchill, Amira Hass, Norman Solomon, Robert Fisk, John Pilger, Edward S. Herman, Anthony Arnove, Eleanor Bader, (occasionally) Barbara Ehrenreich, " Mickey Z "and formerly Howard Zinn.

Z Magazine

Z Magazine (formerly Zeta) was founded in 1987 by Michael Albert and Lydia Sargent, two of the co-founder of the publishing house South End Press. The magazine is a political monthly magazine that reports on the political and cultural life in the U.S. as well as economic developments. According to U.S. standards, it is expected the extreme left. It is published online and in print format.

The print edition includes 64 pages of mostly. The online edition of the print edition are as good as possible. The archive is open, the latest edition for subscribers.

Z Net

Z net is a Web site that is updated several times a day. It was founded in 1995 and is used each week by more than 250,000 readers by its own account.

Z Media Institute

The Z Media Institute was founded in 1994 and offers producers of alternative media courses and other events.

Z Video

Z Video was founded in 1998 and produces videos about politics, economics, foreign policy and the World Social Forum.
