Zachary Abel

Zachary Burr Abel ( born September 4, 1980 in Middletown, Indiana ) is an American actor.

Life

Zachary Abel was born in September 1980 in Middletown in the State of Indiana and grew up there as well. Then he studied Finance and International Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Career

He began his career in 2007 in an episode of the popular crime series CSI: Vegas. He then landed a starring role in the web series My Alibi as Jonah maggoty. In 2009, he starred as Max Enriquez in a multi-part story arc of The Secret Life of the American Teenager. This was followed by guest appearances in The Big Bang Theory and 90210th He also played in 2009 in the horror film Forget Me Not with.

His breakthrough as an actor, he managed the role of Carter Anderson on the ABC Family series Make It or Youth Break It, which he embodied since 2009. For that he got at the Teen Choice Awards 2010 nomination for Best Male Actor in a summer television series, which he lost to Ian Harding. In 2011, he graduated from guest appearances on The Secret Circle and Awkward - My so-called life.

In April 2012, Abel got the male lead role of Taylor Mitchell in the pilot episode of the transmitter Shelter The CW, which was devised by JJ Abrams and Mark Schwahn.
