Záhony

Záhony [za ː hoɲ ] lies on the Hungarian- Ukrainian border in Szabolcs -Szatmár -Bereg county in the north- eastern Hungary. Here bends the flow direction of the Tisza river from the north from the southwest.

In the city there is a border crossing for road and rail transport, formerly the Soviet Union, now Ukraine.
