Zantman's Rock

Zantman 's Rock is an island of the Isles of Scilly; he is away from the center of the Isles of Scilly 55 km west of Land's End and about 10 km.

The island was first recorded in 1860 in the charts. Until then Zantmans skirt was subsumed under the Crim Rocks. There are several legends that explain the name of the island. The most famous story of a Dutchman of was stuck on the island after a shipwreck. A 1903 stranded ship still dominates the scenery of the island.
