Zapotec Totems

The Zapotec Totems are a semi-professional ice hockey Mexican club from Mexico City, which was founded in 2010 and plays in the Liga Mexicana Élite.

History

The Zapotec Totems measures for 2010/11 season as a founding member of the match operation in the inaugural Liga Mexicana Élite. In its premiere season the team finished in fourth and last place thus the main round, which they missed the playoffs.

The team name and club logo are inspired by the culture of the Zapotecs.
