Zarli Carigiet

Zarli Carigiet [ karidʒ ( j) ɛt ] (born 5 August 1907 in Trun as Balthasar Anton Carigiet; † 6 May 1981 in Männedorf ) was a Swiss actor.

Life

Son of the farmer Alois Carigiet and Barbara Antonia Lombriser. After training as a decorator, he followed his brother Alois Carigiet to Zurich and became his assistant. First experiences on the amateur stage, he made 1927. Between 1934 and 1947 he worked at the Cabaret Cornichon, 1949 at the Cabaret Fédéral and from 1955 as a one-man stage.
