Zbyněk Busta

Zbynek Busta ( born March 10, 1967 in Prague ) is a former Czech football player and current football coach.

Playing career

Busta played for unterklassige clubs in central Bohemia, in his youth and Slavoj Sokol Pyšely Čerčany, in adults area for Měchenice TJ, TJ Hvozdnice and Slavoj Davle.

Coaching career

Busta worked from 1984 as a coach in the junior area of FC Bohemians Prague. Following the bankruptcy of the club and re-establishment of the association in 2005 as Bohemians 1905 he became head coach. In the second division season 2006/ 07 he was after a poor start to the debate, but a series of victories brought about the change and the rise in the Gambrinus Liga.

Since Busta without the required license for the first league coach, was officially one of the two assistant coaches, Václav Hradecký, given as head coach. Busta acquired the professional license in the 2007/ 08 season.

Six games before the end of the 2007/ 08 Busta stepped back from the coaches office. Bohemians at that time was only 18 points on the bottom of the table. For the season 2008/ 09 Busta took over the third division Slovan Varnsdorf.
