Zdeněk Vítek

Zdenek Vitek ( born July 25, 1977 in Vrchlabí, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech biathlete.

Living in Jilemnice sports teacher operates since 1992 Biathlon and was first appointed to the National Executive of the Czech Republic in 1998. He starts for SKP Jablonec and is trained by Ondrej Rybar. His biggest success was winning the bronze medal at the Biathlon World Championships 2003 in Khanty-Mansiysk. Two World Cup victories are also at Beech.

Zdenek Vitek took some four times so far in the Olympic Winter Games. The Games in Turin were the best, as Vitek 10th place his belonging presented in the sprint and 16th in the pursuit of world leaders to the test.
