Zerach Warhaftig

Truly Zerah (Hebrew זֶרַח וַרְהַפְטִיג, Yiddish זרח ווארהאפטיק. ) ( Born February 2, 1906 in Waukawysk in the Russian Empire; † 26 September 2002 in Jerusalem, Israel) was an Israeli lawyer and politician, and signer of the Israeli Declaration of Independence.

Life

He was born the son of Yeruchem Truly (Hebrew יְרֻחַם אָשֵׁר וַרְהַפְטִיג ) and Rivka Feinstein Hebrew רִבְקָה פַיִינְשטַיִין.
