Zerzertal

The Zerzertal is a tributary in the upper Val Venosta (South Tyrol ) and belongs to Malser fraction burgeis. The natural mountain valley is one of the most beautiful valleys of the Upper Vinschgau Valley. In Zerzertal is the Bruggeralm that Oberdörferalm as well as the ruins of the Kircheralm. After Bruggeralm the valley divides at the crest of Vernungspitzen in the Oberdörflertal, which turns into a flat saddle ( 2,338 m) to Schlinig, and the Schaftal, at its conclusion, the Rasassspitze (or outdated: Piz Rasass, 2,941 m) above the same lake rises.
