Zhou Xun
Zhou Xun (Chinese周迅, Pinyin Zhou Xun, born October 18, 1974 in Quzhou, Zhejiang, People's Republic of China) is a Chinese actress and singer.

Life
Zhou was born on 18 October 1974 in Quzhou. Her father, Zhou Tianning, was a projectionist and her mother, Chén Yǐqín, worked in a department store. Later Zhou visited the Zhejiang Arts Institute, which her interest was reinforced for acting.
In addition to her acting career, Zhou contributed songs to the soundtracks for some movies and released two studio albums.
Acting Career
Zhou received for their roles in Suzhou River ( 2000) and Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress (2002 ) international attention and won at the 15th Paris Film Festival the award for Best Actress.
2005 Zhou played the first time in a Hong Kong production, in Peter Chan's Perhaps Love. For her performance, she received many awards, among others, the Hong Kong Film Award. In 2012, she played under the direction of Tom Tykwer and the Wachowski siblings in the German - American literary adaptation Cloud Atlas, the role of Yoona ~ 939
