Zhukovskiy (crater)

82.07

Zhukovsky is an impact crater on the side of the moon and therefore can not be observed directly from Earth. At its eastern edge of the crater Lebedinskiy closes, so that the two form a crater pair. East -southeast is the crater Engelhardt and still further to the southeast of the huge crater Korolev.

The edge of Zhukovsky has, especially on the northern and southern ends, some traces of erosion on. The crater floor is level except for a small, conspicuous crater, which occupies the southern half.
