Zifeng Tower

The Greenland Square Zifeng Tower (also known as Nanjing Greenland Financial Center ) is a skyscraper in Nanjing ( China).

Construction of the building began in 2005. The final height of the building was reached in November 2008, but lasted internal work as well as work on the facade of the tower until the beginning of 2010. With a height of 450 meters up to the top, it is according to the Shanghai World Financial Center ( 492 meters), the third tallest building in China ( excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan) and the ninth- highest in the world. It is used among other things as a hotel ( above) for offices below. In the bottom floors of the building houses several retail stores. Overall, the tower has 89 floors. The height of the roof is 381 meters, also follows a spire, so that the height of 450 meters is reached. On the 72nd floor of 271 meters a viewing platform has been established. The highest level is situated in 316 meters. In the building 56 elevators were installed.
