Zimmer Holdings is a US-based medical technology company, the world leader in orthopedic implants. The company is headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. The company is listed on the S & P 500. The headquarters for the EMEA region is located in Winterthur, Switzerland, and went from Centerpulse, a spin-off of Sulzer Medica forth. The headquarters of the German branch is in Freiburg im Breisgau.

The main products include knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, spine and dental implants, as well as plates and screws for bone fracture treatment. Since 2006, Room to a knee implant that has been designed specifically for the female anatomy.

Zimmer Holdings was founded in 1927 by Justin O. rooms.
