Zsadány

Zsadány is a municipality in the small area Sarkad in eastern Hungary.

Geography

Through the municipal area, a tributary of the Sebes Körös leads the dead Fast yelp. Zsadány borders the following municipalities:

History

First traces of settlement go back to the Sarmatians or the Getae. The first written mention dates back to the year 1219 in Váradi Regestrum.
