1 is a published by EMI on 13 November 2000 Beatles compilation, which has over 31 million copies sold, one of the most successful albums of the 21st century.

The album is an overview of the most commercially successful title is given. From Love Me Do to The Long and Winding Road 27 tracks have been digitally remastered in the recorded music. For You Blue, which was released as a double A-side along with The Long and Winding Road, was not included in the collection, as in the U.S., the songs are classified separately and For You Blue had not been placed. The title Love Me Do - in the UK in October 1962, number 17 of the first singles chart success of the Beatles ever - reached on the record label " Tollie " published in the USA and there during the "British Invasion" on 30 May 1964, the peak position.

An exception is written by George Harrison Title Something that was neither listed in the UK nor in the " Billboard Hot 100 " at No. 1. In the UK charts he came as a double A - side along with Come Together only up to rank fourth in the U.S. Something, however, was listed as a B- side of number - one hits Come Together and separately reached there only the third place.
