1-UP Studio
1 -UP Studio, formerly Brownie Brown (Japaneseブラウニー ブラウンBuraunī Buraun ) is a video game developer based in Tokyo. The company is a subsidiary of Nintendo, making it one of the 16 external first-party developer of Nintendo.
In February 2013, the hitherto known under the name of Brownie Brown Studio in 1- UP Studio was renamed and restructured. According to the studio website the aim is to improve cooperation with Nintendo.
