The 122- mm howitzer M1909/37 (Russian 122- мм гаубица обр. 1909/37 гг. ) Was a Soviet medium field howitzer with a caliber of 121.92 mm, which was used during the Second World War. She was a modernization of the Russian 122- mm howitzer M1909, which was used during the First World War.

Like many others, the M 1909/37 and their ammunition was captured during the German attack on the Soviet Union by the Wehrmacht in large numbers. On the German side it was under the designation 12.2 cm light field howitzer 386 ( r) found (r for Russian) in service.
