( 1290 ) Albertine is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on August 21, 1933 Ukkel by the Belgian astronomer Eugène Delporte Joseph.

The asteroid is named after King Albert I of Belgium, who died shortly after the discovery of the asteroid.
