( 1369 ) Ostanina is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on August 27, 1935 by the Russian astronomer Pelageja Feodorovna Schain at the Crimean Observatory in Shimei.

Named the asteroid is named after the place Ostanina in the former Soviet Union (now probably in Ukraine).
