137th Infantry Division (Wehrmacht)

The 137th Infantry Division was a military major unit of the Wehrmacht.

The 137th Infantry Division was set up as a division of the 11th wave formation in October 1940 on the military training area Döllersheim. It was composed of a line-up staff, led by General Moser, together. Your units created from parts of the 44th Infantry Division, the 262nd Infantry Division and 18th Infantry Division ( Motorized ). The 137th Infantry took part in decisive battles of the Eastern Front.
