(141 ) lumens is an asteroid of the main asteroid belt, which was discovered on January 13, 1875 by Paul Pierre Henry. Named the asteroid is named after the title of a book by Camille Flammarion.

Lumen is moving at a distance of 2.096 ( perihelion ) to 3.238 ( aphelion ) astronomical units in 4.36 years of the sun. The orbit is inclined 11.877 ° to the ecliptic, the orbital eccentricity is 0.214.

With a diameter of 131 km lumens one of the larger asteroids of the main belt. It has a dark, carbonaceous surface with an albedo of 0.054.
