1891 European Figure Skating Championships

The European Figure Skating Championships 1891 was the first European Figure Skating Championships, which was held. It took place on 23 and January 24, 1891 held in Hamburg and was organized by the German and Austrian Skating Union. There was only a men's competition, and there exclusively compulsory figures. First European champions in figure skating was Oskar Uhlig from the German Reich.
