19 Rector Street

The Building at 19 Rector Street (also known as Greenwich Club Residences ) is a multi-storey office building in New York City. It was built in 1929/ 30 from the U.S. architect Lafayette Goldstone in contemporary Art Deco style.

Goldstone created in the Western Downtown Manhattan a multi- structured high-rise building with a height of 142 meters and 37 storeys. The facade is decorated with ornaments of green, yellow, brown and beige terracotta stones.

Originally designed as an office building house serves since its renovation in 2006 as a residential complex. On 5 May 2002, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
