1920 South American Championship

The Campeonato Sudamericano of 1920 was the fourth playout of the South American continental championship in football and was held from 11 September to 3 October in Chile instead. The championship was in league system ( FFA ) held. Case of a tie for first place, a playoff was provided. All matches were played in the stadium of Sporting Club in Valparaíso. The Arena then took about 20,000 spectators.

South American champions in football was the third time in Uruguay.
