1924–25 in English football

The Football League First Division in 1924/25 was the 33rd season of the Football League First Division as the highest English football league. Huddersfield Town defended by two points at West Bromwich Albion last year's title and won his second British championship series. Both newly promoted Leeds United and Bury FC were able to get the class; instead had to Preston North End and Nottingham Forest the transition to the Second Division compete. These two teams should be in the following season replaced by the two newly promoted second division Leicester City and Manchester United.

A total of 544 players were used, the Bury FC with 20 the least and Aston Villa with 32 aufboten most players in league games. 153 newcomers were offset by 142 footballers who most recently came into play in the 1924/25 season.

The champion team of Huddersfield Town

In the following list, all players were listed who came for Huddersfield Town in a league game for use during the 1924/25 season. It must be noted that in most cases a minimum number of games will be provided in English football to accept the official champion medal allowed. As regards the specific arrangements prior to the introduction of the Premier League, there is lack of clarity, all the players with an asterisk (*) have been provided which have received no champion medal presumably because of their small contribution. In brackets the number of bets as well as the goals achieved are called.
