The winner was Henri Cochet. His semi-final victory against Bill Tilden is one of the most memorable matches in tennis history. Tilden led 6:2, 6:4, 5:1 and 30:0 in his own serve. Then get Cochet 17 points in order. He won the third set 7-5 and decided the following two sets and thus the match for themselves.
