1929–31 Balkan Cup

The first Balkan Cup was a competition for national football teams of countries from the Balkan region. It was fought over three years from 1929 to 1931. The games were held in Romania, Greece, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia. These four countries also participated in the tournament, which was played out in group mode. Each team played twice against each other - once home, once away. Romania secured with five wins from six games, finally, consider the title and put the two top scorers Iuliu Bodola and Rudolf Wetzer ( seven hits).
