1932 Balkan Cup

The 3rd Balkan Cup was a competition for national football teams of countries from the Balkan region. The games were held in Yugoslavia 's capital Belgrade in June and July 1932. After the unofficial event in 1931 with three teams, including Turkey, now took the hosts again in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece in the tournament. Thus, there was the same cast as in the first edition, which was held from 1929 to still over three years. Each team played in group mode once against each other. The maximum yield of six points and three wins finally lay Bulgaria at the top, which had been the Balkan Cup 1931 decided for themselves. For Romania, the winner of 1929-31, it was enough this time only the third rank. Was top scorer of the Yugoslav Zivkovic ( five goals ).
