1936–37 Czechoslovak Extraliga season

The season 1936/37, the first league ( czech Státní league ) was the first regular hosting of the highest Hockey Class of Czechoslovakia. With 13 points of LTC Prague won the first Czechoslovak championship, which was played out in a national league. The SK Slavia Prague rose after the defeat in the play- off for the league whereabouts.

Master of the season 1936/37, was the LTC Prague, who finished the played in a simple round season with a total of 13 points and therefore one point ahead of the HC Sparta Prague. In the relegation battle, the SK Slavia Prague lost the playoff last but one before the remaining no points in seven games BK Mladá Boleslav 0:1. Best scorer of the league was Josef Maleček from LTC Prague, who scored 16 goals in seven league games.
