1939 NFL season
The NFL 1939 season was the 20th season of the National Football League. This season, the first time a game was televised, as the NBC showed the game between the Brooklyn Dodgers and the Philadelphia Eagles. As the winner of this season, the Green Bay Packers emerged.

NFL Championship Game
The NFL championship game of the NFL 1939 season was on 10 December 1939 at Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, near Milwaukee, instead. The Green Bay Packers defeated the New York Giants 27-0.
