1946–47 Czechoslovak Extraliga season

The season 1946/47, the first league was the fourth regular hosting of the highest Hockey Class of Czechoslovakia. With a 10-0 victory and a 5:8 defeat to the LTC Prague sat in the final game against by the I. ČLTK Prague and thus won the fourth edition of the first league. For the capital city, it was already her ninth total Czechoslovak championship.

Mode

As in the previous season the league was played in two groups. Since shortly before the start of the season with the HC HC Stadion Prague Prague Podolí merged, the number of participants in group A decreased from six to five. Since each team played against each group opponent once, the total number of matches per team was four or five games in the main round. The two group winners qualified for the finals for the title. The last placed in Group A and the two lowest-ranked teams in Group B were relegated to the regional championship.

In the final match finally won the winner of the A group, the LTC Prague, with a high home win and a loss on goal difference against City neighbors I. ČLTK Prague by. Best scorer of the league was Vladimír Zábrodský from LTC Prague, who scored 17 goals in the six games of his team.
