1946–47 NHL season

The NHL season 1946/47, was the 30th season in the National Hockey League. Six teams each played 60 games. The Stanley Cup won by the Toronto Maple Leafs after a 4-2 victory in the final series against the Montreal Canadiens.

This season, two records were set, the set though, were not surpassed until today. Billy Taylor brought it to a 10:6 victory against Chicago on his Wings seven assists.
