(1947 ) Iso - Heikkilä [ iso ˌ ɦei̯kkilæ ] is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on March 4, 1935 by Yrjö Väisälä the Finnish astronomers in Turku.

The name of the asteroid is derived from the farm Iso - Heikkilä, which was owned by the University of Turku and later became the home of the Observatory. This asteroid is the first to be discovered there.
