1948–49 BAA season

The BAA - season 1948/49 was the last season of the BAA, which was subsequently merged with the NBL to NBA. At the end of the season defeating the League freshman from Minneapolis to Washington Capitols and became Champion.

  • Four teams from the NBL (Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Rochester ) join the BAA.
