The 64th edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1950 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Church Road instead.
Men's Singles
In the men's Budge Patty won his only singles victory at Wimbledon.
Women's Singles
Louise Brough Clapp - won their third consecutive title. Like last year, they met in the finals to Margaret Osborne duPont - they beat in three sets.
Men's doubles
In purely Australian final, John Bromwich and Adrian Quist prevailed against Geoffrey Brown and Bill Sidwell.
Women Doubles
In the women's doubles Louise Brough Clapp - and Margaret Osborne duPont - won for the fourth time in a row.
Mixed
In mixed Louise Brough Clapp - and Eric Sturgess were successful.
