1957 Mestaruussarja
The Mestaruussarja 1957 was the 27th season for the Finnish football championship since the introduction of Mestaruussarja. It was contested among ten teams. Master was Helsingin Palloseura in the second season since the rise of 1955. First time the Finnish master then played in the European Cup of Champions.

The Finnish Football Cup won Drott Pietarsaari before almost 3900 spectators in the Helsinki Olympic Stadium by a 2-1 in extra time on Kuopion Pallotoverit.
