1957 NBA draft

The NBA Draft 1957 was an event of the U.S. NBA basketball league in which the teams in the league were able to acquire the rights to available young players. Mostly the gedrafteten players coming right out of college, but also from leagues outside of North America and formerly of high school.

The Draft took place before the season 1957/1958 on 17 April 1957. Eight NBA teams selected alternately in 14 rounds of 83 amateur U.S. college basketball players their recruits.
