1The BSG structure Schonheide pulled their team back after nine games. The results were canceled.
Scorer was Joachim Ziesche from SC Dynamo Berlin with 27 goals scored. Most Penalties received Grellmann from ASK Vorwärts Berlin with 29 penalty minutes.

Offs for promotion to Oberliga
Originally conceived were two relegation matches between the league - last, and the winner of two previously conducted playoffs between the two winners of Season 1 League. While the latter BSG Turbine Crimmitschau won the duel against the ASK forward Erfurt itself ( 2:2 and 7:4 ), accounted for the planned Relegation to the Oberliga by the premature end of the season of BSG structure Schonheide. The SC Dynamo Berlin II thus secured for next season a starting place in the first league. The crew of the HSG Chemistry Hall TH was delegated to the summer break for SC Chemie Halle and then was allowed as a sport club team - also start in the 1st League - despite missed qualification.

Relegation (2nd League - District Football League )
The district division should be competing in the relegation against the four season - last placed the 2nd league. Due to the sometimes small number of participants, some districts had joined forces to joint championships and each district determines the group winner, in other districts the championships were failed.

This year's Relay latest BSG Lok Zittau II, BSG Fortschritt Apolda and BSG Motor Magdeburg were able to secure the league. With the SG Dynamo Klingenthal a single district representatives succeeded in promotion to the second division.
