1959–60 Milli Lig

The Milli Lig 1959/60 was the second season of the highest Turkish league for football the men. It started on 26 August 1959, the first game day of the match against Galatasaray Beykozspor and ended on June 12, 1960 between Fenerbahce against Beşiktaş Istanbul.

Beşiktaş Istanbul for the first time officially in the club's history of Turkish football champions. The club was before the founding of the League twice winner of the Federation Cup, but these titles were only on 9 May 2002 officially recognized .. runner-up this season was Fenerbahce.
