1960–61 FIBA European Champions Cup

The 1960/61 season was the fourth season of the material discharged from the FIBA Europe European Champions' Cup, which operates under the name Euro League today.

The title was won CSKA Moscow from the Soviet Union for the first time.

Mode

At the final round took the 14 masters of the national league and the defending champion, in part. First, a qualifier was played. The winner of the match pairings were determined in return game. The decisive factor was the whole goal average of both games. The winner of the match pairings in the second round, the quarter finals, the semi-finals, and the finals were also determined in return game.
