1961–62 EPHL season

The 1961/62 season was the third regular season of the Eastern Professional Hockey League. The six teams completed in the regular season every 70 encounters. The Eastern Professional Hockey League was played in a division. The point of best team in the regular season were the Hull- Ottawa Canadiens, who also prevailed in the finals to the Tom Foley Memorial Trophy.

Team changes

The following changes were made in the course of the season:

  • The Montreal Royals stopped the game operation.
  • The North Bay Trappers were added as an expansion team in the league.
