1962–63 Divizia A

The Divizia A 1962/63 was the 25th season in the history of Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on August 19, 1962 and ended on 14 July 1963. From late November to early March rested the game operation ( winter break ). Master was again Dinamo Bucharest.

Regulate

The Divizia A played exceptionally, with 15 teams. This increased the four lowest ranked teams from the Divizia B, while only three ascended to again reach a class size of 14. For a victory, there were two points for a draw and one point for a loss no points.

Results

1 Viitorul Bucharest was the Romanian Youth National Team, which had become 1962 European Champion in the spring. It was disbanded after the first round. The results earned counted.
