1963–64 CPHL season
The season 1963/64, was the first regular season of the Central Professional Hockey League. The five teams completed in the regular season per 72 encounters. The Central Professional Hockey League was played in a division. The point of best team in the regular season were the Omaha Knights, which also prevailed in the finals at the Adams Cup.
Team changes
The following changes were made in the course of the season:
- The Indianapolis Capitals were renamed in the course of the season to Cincinnati, Ohio, and resettled in Cincinnati Wings after their stadium was severely damaged in a gas explosion.
