1965–66 CPHL season
The 1965/66 season was the third regular season of the Central Professional Hockey League. The six teams completed in the regular season every 70 encounters. The Central Professional Hockey League was played in a division. The point of best team in the regular season were the Minnesota Rangers, while permeated the Oklahoma City Blazers in the finals at the Adams Cup.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Minneapolis Bruins have been to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, moved and changed their name to Oklahoma City Blazers.
- The Omaha Knights were to Houston, Texas, moved and changed their name to Houston Apollos.
- The St. Paul Rangers changed their name to Minnesota Rangers.
