1965–66 FIBA European Champions Cup
The 1965/66 season was the ninth season of the discharged by FIBA Europe European Champions' Cup, which operates under the name Euro League today.
The title was won Simmenthal Olimpia Milano from Italy for the first time.

Mode
At the final round of the 16 champions of their respective national league participated, including defending champion Real Madrid. First, a qualifier was played. The winner of the match pairings were determined in return game. The decisive factor was the whole goal average of both games. The winner of the match pairings in the second round and in the Top 8 group stage were also determined in return game. The winner was determined in a Final Four tournament.
