1967–68 CPHL season

The 1967/68 season was the fifth regular season of the Central Professional Hockey League. The eight teams completed in the regular season every 70 encounters. The Central Professional Hockey League was played in two divisions. The point of best team in the regular season were the Oklahoma City Blazers, while the Tulsa Oilers interspersed in the finals at the Adams Cup.

Team changes

The following changes were made before the start of the season:

  • The Memphis Wings have been to Fort Worth, Texas, moved and changed their name to Fort Worth Wings.
  • The St. Louis Braves have been to Dallas, Texas, moved and changed their name to Dallas Blackhawks.
  • The Kansas City Blues were added as an expansion team in the league.
  • The Memphis South Stars were added as an expansion team in the league.
