1968–69 Polska Liga Hokejowa season

The 1968/69 season was the 34th season of the Polish Hockey League, the highest Polish Ice Hockey league. Master became the second overall time in club history Podhale Nowy Targ. Włókniarz Zgierz dismounted in the second league.

Mode

The ten teams contested first a common main round. The top four teams in the main round qualified for the final round, in which the Master was played. The other six teams played in the relegation round to avoid relegation, with the last placed relegation to the 2nd division. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
