Season

SFK Lyn was the second time Norwegian champion. In addition, the club managed the double by winning the Norwegian Cup.

In the first half of the season the championship was still very balanced. Only in the second half to SFK Lyn was able to pull of the persecutors. They secured the title after the 16th game day.

Strange this season was also the occurrence of the later master SFK Lyn on 9th and 10th matchday. First, they made the worst defeat since the introduction of the first Divisjon with a 1:10 at Strømsgodset IF. But right next on game day they turned the tables and won in until today (December 2009) highest-scoring game of the Norwegian single-track championship history: 11:2 against Viking Stavanger.

The two climbers SK Brann and Viking Stavanger could be placed in the upper half of the league and thus keep the class.
