1970–71 CHL season
The 1970/71 season was the eighth regular season of the Central Hockey League. The seven teams completed in the regular season per 72 encounters. The Central Hockey League was played in a division. The point of best team in the regular season were the Omaha Knights, which also prevailed in the finals at the Adams Cup.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Iowa Stars stopped the game operation.
- The Amarillo Wranglers took after one year of inactivity on the game mode.
